OConroy ( 05/02/2005, 15:56:13 )Again J.C., I'd have to agree.Middle Age is almost on my doorstep now, and I feel I am less certain of certain things today as, when I was say, 15 or 20.Has I said before, the older I get those shades of gray just keep getting LARGER, and LARGER all the time.Fundamentalist Christianity tells us that we must have the faith of a LITTLE CHILD. This is Nonsense in one sense as, a LITTLE CHILD will believe almost ANYTHING. A little child never stops to REASON. To ask grown adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and so on, to behave this way is, utterly irrisponcible, and somewhat BLIND, as you say to, the REAL World, and PROVEN History.Now, when I get to my 80s, and 90s, and God Willing, beyond, maybe I might begin to think a little different, again but, for now, I see this as utter nonsense.Why HAVE a Brain IF we are NOT going to use it?
