Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: Darwin as a giant

Glad to be back. But it will last only until the school break is over.I wasn't trying to talk you out of believing in God. But I also don't think you believe in God because someone came along and told you that "Darwin was a religion" one day. Darwin didn't enter the picture for you at all. When you made your decision to believe in God I would bet you did so for purely personal reasons and based on personal experience. If I were to attempt to change your mind, and I am not inclined to do that, but if I were I would have to prove to you that your personal experience wrong because that's what your belief is based upon. As I said, I am not trying to do that. I am defending Darwin from the charge of being a religion.Darwin is not read line by line by every evolutionist. Darwin words are not quoted to solve disagreements between evolutionists. Little pictures of Darwin are not hung around the neck of evolutionists. That is what a religion does. A religion is different from a science. It's normal to think that other people think like us. Because you choose your beliefs on faith it is only natural that you would expect everyone to choose their beliefs the same way. But I am trying to prove that there is in fact a difference of approach between us.
