nonhuman ape carriers for clones

I am an American medical student at a Midwestern Medical school. I am doing a short study in comparative placentology to acertian the possibility of using simian (ape) hosts for human clones.
Using in vitro fertizilation techniques a human fetus could be implanted in a ape but would it implant and grow to maturity?
My initial findings are that while gorrilas would probably make poor hosts because of differences in fetal alkaline phosphate levels (a fetal hormone) in utero, orangatangs and chimpanzes might make excellent carriers. I am doing further study on the subject.

THE RAMIFICATIONS FOR THIS RESEARCH, IF SUCCESSFUL ARE VERY FAR REACHING BOTH IN THE FIELD OF IN VITRO FERTIZATION AND CLONING.
IF ANYONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME WITH THIS RESEARCH I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.
