She is the pediatric allergist who had a section in one of her books about "gay gulls."
Also she mentioned in one of her books that blonde-haired, blue-eyed boys have a high incidence of developing allergies. (But please just remember this is a genetic PROPENSITY --- and not necessarily a fate!)
Last I heard she was a bit of a pariah in her field (but only because she was making waves!)
