If your boss is such an awful human being, then who are you going to find, willing to both:
1) Clone him, and
2) Carry his clone to term?
It would be easier for him to reproduce (parts of) himself by simply visiting a whore house.
Then he would be gone the next day, and no one would know with what sort of character they were mating.
Also, I suspect it is true, that our ancestors must be "pissed" about a lot of things.
