Melli ( 05/08/2003, 04:16:06 )There are persons - usually one in teh world who look similar to you. So there are visual copies of everyone in the world- as they say. Meeting my clone wouldn't be funny cause i'd be confronted with my mistakes. And: we are animals with only one difference: they can't manage time: we know that we will be hungry a bit later, we know that we will die one day. That's the only difference: we are able to manage time and to share it. Thus, cloning animals isnt's really better than cloning humans - it's still inmoral to clone complete organisms.You might have got another opinion, but we are able to clone animals, we will be able to clone humans. we can talk about the differences (for example we'll be the only species recreating themselves by techniques) and we can talk about whether we accept this progress or not.
