turin14 ( 05/15/2003, 10:24:26 )The person before me posted a long list of reasons to support human cloning. Yes, it is possible that cloning would be able to produce those options. I say possible because science is not up to that point and will not be up to that point for quite some time and may even be banned from this country and others. Sure human cloning would offer us cure from diseases, but do you know how we would have to do that. We would have to kill a clone for his organs, etc. People have thought of creating humans with no heads and claiming that they are not humans because they could not live. i do not agree with this practice. Also if we all lived forever, wouldnt the world get so over populated that we would expend all of our natural resources and/or have lots of wars going on? Think on it.
