Re: a few questions about human cloningdarth_olive ( 06/16/2003, 04:32:25 )The first question is sort of hard to answer it really depends of you deffinition of prefection and it is also not really a question that can be answered. Cloning is very new and in the past few years has taken great strides, if people keep lobbying agienst it we may never even clone a human, but it will probly be anouther 5 years before we can easily clone humans. Question 2. Yes clones could have babies they are normal human considering the host was normal so if the host could have babies so can the clone. The children would not be considered clones because when you have a baby you exact genetic make up is not put into the child, they would be normal humans Question 3. As far as i know the clone would not be able to develope any new immunities with out the scientist putting them into the embro, but you must remember that we have never cloned a human so we really cant know for sure, some say that when dolly was cloned the clone was weaker and more suseptible to virus. ![]() This Message is being posted for educational purposes, as well as for comment and criticism, by the visitors to the HumanCloning.org Foundation website (www.HumanCloning.org ).
