darth_olive ( 06/16/2003, 04:15:08 )huh why we want to live longer... because we dont want to have nothing no felings no thoughts we want to love to care, to hope, to feel pain we also always want to know what our full potential is if we die how will we ever know what we could have done? Also if being human means dying i up for not being human! The only problem i think that could come out of cloning was that we would make the mistake of allowing the clones to live long enough to revolt. I would think cloning was bad if we allowed the people to live past like 3 days with out shutting down their brains, shutting down the brain as in stopping flow of elctrodes and maybe even removing sections of the brain
