Illegal Beings: Human Clones

To clone a human

Double J ( 07/25/2003, 13:35:27 )

First I must post a short observation concerning the majority of the questions posted in this forum. It doesn't take a college graduate to realize that the average education of those who post questions here is junior high school at best. The sentence structure and grammar alone disuade one from even beginning to accept the authors point of view, regardless of their stance on human cloning.Next, I would like to consider a few aspects of human cloning that virtually anyone can comprehend. Forget, for a moment, the legality and ethical considerations of human cloning. Try to imagine a world where human cloning is commonplace and widespread. Before you get too entrenched in visions of beautiful twins, recreations of famous dead people, and what not, stop to think of what else human cloning will bring. With a world still oversaturated with dictators and corporate greed, consider the following:1. Why wouldn't a foreign government clone the fittest soldiers in their army to fight for their cause? This would take less than twenty(20) years to do, and would increase their military power by exponential proportions. 2. Why wouldn't a country, say Tailand, clone hundreds or even thousands of beautiful women to serve their financial cause? 3. Wait! This is crazy. Noone would do that. Human cloning would never get out of control. Right?
