I THINK IF YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE A GENETIC FLAW THAT WILL AFFLICT YOUR OFFSRING AND IT WILL AFFECT THEM WITH A DEFORMITY YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE CHILDREN. I KNOW THIS WILL NO DOUGHT TICK SOME PEOPLE OFF BUT THAT IS HOW I FEEL. I HAVE A HALF SISTER WHO THROUGH HER MOTHERS LINE HAS SEVERE BIRTH DEFECTS . SHE WAS BORN WITH SEVERE FACIAL DEFOMITIES AND NO EARS. SHE HAD TWO CHILDREN WITH THE DOCTER TELLING HER THE WHOLE TIME IT WOULD BE PASSED ON. HER BOY IS FINE BUT HER GIRL IS WORSE OFF THAN SHE WAS. I JUST DONT THINK ITS FAIR TO SUJECT THAT BABY TO ALL THE SURGERY WHICH IS VERY PAINFUL AS SHE WELL REMEMBERS WHEN SHE COULD HAVE PREVENTED IT BY TAKING BIRTH CONTROL.
