Do you know that plants come in males and females, or have male and female parts? That every plant exchanges genes in order to make a seed? Man is not making new genes (not at this moment). He is taking a natural gene that exist in one type of plant and putting it in another type of plant. But "swapping genes" is what every plant does normally to make seeds.
