libfemme ( 10/12/2003, 08:23:54 )All is not quiet in the UN this weekend.The call for a total ban on human cloning now has 52 countries backing it according to the the Holy See Delegation. A group of pro-therapeutic cloning American scientists and lawyers got worried and are asking the United Nations to have the International Court of Justice in the Hague intervene in the debate. Debate is scheduled for October 20 and 21, after which a vote will most likely occur.
