Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: the opposition

I completely agree with your statement- I AM against evolution, not because I don't think that it has many benefits, but I don't feel that the benefits outweigh the losses. If infact human cloning were safely experimented, and it could be done on anyone who chose to participate- would only the richest people be able to participate? Would only the people with flawless genetic DNA be able to be "replicated"? Someone will be playing God, whether it be the person who discovers how to do it, or the surgeons and the hospitals who perform the procedure. I don't know about the rest of you, but I don't like the idea of a human "playing God" with humanity. Besides, I personally think humans waste a lot of their life. What are we going to do with more time? The average American spends 6 months of their life waiting at red stop lights. The answer to prolonging your life- or beginning a new one is not in cloning, in my opinion- it is in making every moment count. Because if we do get more time- we're only going to continue to want more.
