BionicVirus is typical sick brainwashingRandolfe ( 10/28/2003, 06:55:57 )I went to the BBC's BionicVirus site and read through all their arguments that were supposedly "for" and "against" cloning. The "anti-cloning" material was far more voluminous than the "pro-cloning material". The Human Cloning Foundation and the other two major sites were not even listed in the links for more information but the Raelains were listed at the bottom. When I get inquiries from students, I send a general information letter that gives them all the leads they need to pro-cloning material. The internet is flooded with anti-cloning material. For those interested, I will post my general information letter here: Human cloning enhances life and the dignity of human beings. It makes every person fertile. It enables every human being to see his or her genotype live on into another lifetime. It enables humankind to preserve those rare geniuses that are born only now and then--Einstein, Thomas Edison, Mozart, etc.The three best sources for information arewww.reproductivecloning.netwww.humancloning.orgwww.clonerights.comIf you read the materials there and then check out the "links" sections you should have all the information you need.At www.clonerights.com and at www.reproductivecloning.net there is a 'Today's News" which you can click on (hit the refresh button after you click on it) and you will find the latest stories about cloning. (A very inferior Yahoo News feed has recently replaced this. Checking Cell News will probably be a better resource now). You might find the Q&A “Why Not Clone?” under “Q&A/editorials” at www.clonerights.com to be of interest. At www.clonerights.com under "editorials" you will find my predictions as to when and how human cloning will occur and my blunt opinions about the Raelians. Under "personalizing the issues" you can read an interesting exchange entitled "Fighting for my unborn twin brother's right-to-life in which I explain and defend, among other things, single parenthood.Perhaps the most comprehensive summary of my own vision can be found in an article entitled "Human Cloning: A Promising Cornucopia" which can be found a few articles down on the entrance page of the www.clonerights.com site. This article is also on the list are www.reproductivecloning.netThere is pretty good series at MSNBC on cloning and its many aspects.Wired news did a very good profile of me which can be accessed at the clone rights site. You might find the visuals with that article and in the visuals section to be of interest. Those with a general interest in science might be interested in Dr. Hunter O'Reilly's artwork which can be reached through the visuals or links section. If there is some new question that is not addressed in any of that material, feel free to send it my way. Good luck on your project. I will try to put a few links here that I think will also be worthwhile exploring:http://www.nickbostrom.com/http://www.aynrand.org/medialink/cloning.shtmlhttp://www.geocities.com/giantfideli/CellNEWS_ALL_Latest_News.htmlCloningly yours, Randolfe H.
