libfemme ( 11/06/2003, 10:42:15 )Now that I've said that, here's what the Secretary of the World Transhumanist Association, James Hughes who teaches health policy at Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut says about reproductive cloning."Cloning as a Valid Reproductive Choice It's not ready just yet, but when the technology improves there's no good reason to ban reproductive cloning....The timing and kind of children we bear are some of the most personal and life-changing decisions we can make, which is why our reproductive freedoms are so important. The right to use cloning, once safe, should be another reproductive choice to be protected along with contraception and abortion." I could live with a guy like that.
