Re: Anabanana reply: wouldn't post in the proper place

well thats great news. i didn't know about not even having to transplant. since operations are risky and all. thanks for the extensive explanation. though i think there could be ways to prevent people from making more then just organs. perhaps laws and regulations even though i know it won't guarantee it, it will make it harder to do. and regulations will help keep a certian amount of control. this could be a good law to add at the "laws" post.about these repair cells. this brings me to a question. in my psychology class we were studying the brain. in the physiological aspect. there are these brain cells in our brain called the gilia. they are suppose to do minimal repair damage. they are also the ones that provide structure and insulation. any way my question is if these cells can be reproduced as you say and add into our brain could they prevent neural pathways from deteriorating? this would mean that everything we learned we would be able to remember!! we would become really smart humans!! except i aslo learned that to rest and strenghten those pathways we need sleep. could this mean we would be sleeping all the time? well just a thought
