WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?
john the angry man ( 09/16/2003, 05:19:46 )I don't know where to start. How can you justify cloning humans? Playing God is not progress, it's ignorance. The consequences are unimaginable. The reasons for human cloning are mostly vain, selfish, or a way to feel good about ourselves. when my close grandmother died of heart disease, did I think she should be cloned? um, no. I decided to GET ON WITH MY LIFE! If cloning eradicated disease, the world would soon be overpopulated, food supplies would run out, and people would ruin the earth they live on. Immortality? What is so great about that? people need to die eventually, for the good of the world. If infertile people want children so much, they can adopt, can't they? One last point: The military would probably take advantage of cloning to make the "perfect army". There is too many reasons for me to write down in this message, but I hope I have swayed at least a few people to my view.
