Not to explore the possibilites this new technology opens up to us seems like we are giving up and refusing to at least try and help those who are seriously ill. 3) Maybe. I think we can extract their cells to experiment on. I don't think they should be used if we think the expirment will harm them (I.E. leathal). 4)YES 5)Maybe 6)NO 7)Benefits outweigh risks 8) The consequences are wide spread. First, will the clone be a healthy idividual with a normal life's span. Or will it be shorten, pron to certain diseases, etc. Also, one has to consider how the world would react to the human clone since the clone has to live in the world. Would the clone be the source of a whole new type of bigotry, would the clone be discriminated against? What kind of laws are in place, or would need to be made to protect the clone's well being? ETC. 9)I think it's getting there.
