Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: "Similitude" episode of "Enterprise" may be a turning point in Star Trek's attitude toward cloning

libfemme ( 11/27/2003, 04:56:57 )

I gritted my teeth through the entire episode. Talk about doing something the hard way! Why use some alien species to get an entire adult organism in 15 day when you only need a few teaspoon of cells? Anything that grows has to eat. in order to mautre that fast the simbiot would have had to been eating constantly. And how does the simbiot get Trip's memories when the tissue sample was taken from Trip's neck not his brain? I know. One is suppose to suspend one's knowledge of neurobiology to watch this. All in all, however I agree with reviews-bad science but great art. Nice to find another fan of Televisionwithoutpity. By the way the link to the review in below.
