It could be that he still love her and she knows that but he wouldn't tell u that because they happen to break up because of u.It could also be that he get with u because it's hard for him to see his ex because he move from where he use to live and he have needs. It could also be because he don't want his preants to find out about her righ now because he might get kick out of the house if they know about her maybe they don't really like her.
