Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Read

anticloning ( 02/07/2004, 01:30:53 )

Cloning: what a controversial and current topic. So many people here are pro-cloning, but no one is looking towards the future. Think about the clone itself: Living it's whole life (which probably won't even be a full lifespan) knowing their a clone. Imagine the clone at age 5 or so, asking their parents where they came from. How would that parent respond? "You were cloned. You're an experiment"? Has anyone ever seen "Anna to the Infinite Power"? That movie reflects how a clone would feel and live basically. And how do we know the clone/s won't be outcasts? How do we know they will be even accepted by society as a human being? Is the world ready to ruin so many pre-mature lives? I think not.
