Re: help!john l bachert ( 02/16/2004, 23:55:17 )being proclone is a good start, just remember the basic point that everything we know about our origins is all just theory, whether it be evolution theory, creation theory, colonization theory or the theory that maybe we were once asexual beings and maybe technology through stem cell manipulation/cloning humans became two separate sexes, for instance: the bible says that man was created first and then woman was fashioned from a rib of the man, what if? stem cells from a or several asexual human beings rib were used to separate the female species from the single male/female? wouldn't a supreme being have that possible technology? why not, we are programmed to believe a entity called God created all things? most of us are programmed from birth to believe many things, catholics believe one thing/protestants believe another/ jewish religion has yet another so on so on, many have likenesses yet all conflict, thus we have even wars over it. now we have government idiots and fanatic religious leaders telling us it's wrong to use what our intelligence has come full genetic circle to where we can use stem cell research technology to creat limbs for people born without or loss from accidents or vital organ replacement (heart/liver lungs eyes) etc and possible cancer cures using our own body chemistry and maybe eliminating anti-rejection drugs so expensive, i'd rather have a replacement part from my own body minus another added expense, maybe that's why they want to keep it out, anti rejection drug making companies would lose money so would fda. and the religious sectors don't want us to learn more truth of what it's all about. i don't disrespect or doubt all the possibilities, but some just make more sense, mine just seems more logic, and with the knowledge that we all die, i would rather be able to live to be 200-300 years old if i have that choice, and if that can be done through stem cell research including the possibility of cloning well then it is the right of every human to choose that, those who don't want to live longer, hey! that's on them! their choice, not mine! but don't be messing with my rights! there is my perspective, part of it anyway, and i hope it helps you, make your individual choices ![]() This Message is being posted for educational purposes, as well as for comment and criticism, by the visitors to the HumanCloning.org Foundation website (www.HumanCloning.org ).
