erin ( 02/17/2004, 21:07:41 )I am speaking from a christian perspective mostly in reply to christians who beleave cloning as taking on ourselves the right to create. I was pointing out that to use God in an anticloning argument to say we are usurping Gods authority is silly because scientists are not creating new life they are simply bringing about a different means of coming into being, the material is already here. If you beleave in Creation as I do, God created from nothing and that is the crutch of most christian argument against cloning a human being. By the way, I find your theories interesting but I dont beleave them, however, I cant prove my beleafs anymore than you can yours so hopefully one day we will all find what we all need to know huh? see ya later ERIN
