We had plastic models, bed covers, drapes, games, etc. Then one day we were watching a NOVA presentation on a theory re what happened to them (a question he asked often) related to the asteroid. After watching that show, we had to get rid of all the dinasour stuff. It scared him to talk about it. I asked him one day why the sudden change, and he asked, "what keeps an asteroid from hitting us again?". Prophetic thoughts from a 6 year-old.You are right. We do not know. We only know what we think we know. And I, too, find it hard to believe that we suddenly came from a rib. I want to believe that if we discovered this great thing, that we have a right to use that informaiton to our advantage. Remember what they said about test-tube babies initially? Would they say the same thing about a heart transplant?I like the originality of your thoughts. Keep it up!
