Well, would you be able to accept it if your kid outdid your accomplishments? Do you even know who Einstein's father was? I doubt that his dad was unable to accept that his son outdid him.If the man in your story has his dead wife cloned, she will be born as an infant. I don't think many people would be into that, but I suppose if you wanted to raise your "wife" as your own child you could do that (with advanced cloning techniques).Also, keep in mind, she is a genetic reproduction, not in any way the same person.
