SC ( 01/24/2004, 05:21:26 )I have now found references to both of the basic approaches you seem to be alluding to here; cloning apparently has been done by transfering the whole nucleus from the donor cell (and by transferring the entire donor cell, which I referred to before) and by transferring only the chromosomes.Therefore, my short and somewhat oversimplified answer is that you're both right.
