Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: Stop speaking for God

libfemme ( 02/18/2004, 08:41:40 )

Why should I wish to live in a world full of war, disease, poverty and pain? Because that is not all there is to life, at least not to mine. I have my wonderful husband, our daughter. I have a career I love and hopes and goals for the future. I never run out of things to do, to learn, to enjoy. I have a great imagination for what can yet be done in the future. However, I make no requirement that you come along with me. I would never presumed to tell anyone how much pain or sorrow they can or must endure. Suicide, to me, is always a viable for option those who wish it. It would be heartless of me to stand in your way. I shall wave from the station as you depart, throw roses on your grave in remembrance and etch over your tombstone "Here Lies One who Got Bored With Life, Rest in Peace." And then I'll be off to some other errand.
