Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: family law

Steve McC ( 03/10/2004, 11:28:42 )

Why not make that your area for Family Law? To Define these laws aghead of time. For example if 2 parents for what ever reason are not capable of having children of their own. One of them would have to be cloned. The technology does not exist to mix the genes that sex would do naturally. As far as inheritance is concerned the use of SSN's and Birthdays would have to be used until the technology exists that allows aged cloning (cloning a 50 yr old to be a 20 yr old again). feel free to talk to me some more about this.
