The only problem with your theory is that we don't currently understand the techonology enough to make individual organs. We have created headless tadpoles but not an individual organ. That problem with cloning is that is cloned the whole animal and not individual parts. When a clone is made it is borne as a baby, so it still has to have time to develope so the organ would be able to function at an adult capacity. This would only prolong the wait and possibly cause a situation where you are actually waiting LONGER for the transplant than you would be if you hadn't had the clone made.
