angelwoz ( 03/24/2004, 23:00:12 )Hello. I would like to post this note in reguards to John l Bachert's statement on "let us" create man in our own image," in his Be Very Afraid message. First of all you must understand what the Bible is. The Bible is a history book of the world, a book of love stories, of poems, and how much God loves us. The statement "let us create man in our own image" is not reffering to the future of cloning. It is referring to the love God has for us. If you would have read the passages before and after that, it clearly states it. Please do not take passages from the Bible and apply them to Modern Science if you do not understand the content. You can not take only one passage and try to make it something its not. It is like figuring out a puzzle. Only you took a piece of the puzzle and tried to make it fit into another, which it will not.
