john l bachert ( 03/26/2004, 05:53:15 )there is no absolute proof of evolution or creation, and it is a fact that many christians as well as scientists have a a problem also believing in any thing except what they have been taught, i believe there is a possibility that we evovled from suborder primate, and i believe there is a possibility that we were created in some sense of the word and possibly out of dirt, or maybe even nothing at all, but my mind is also open to other possibilities and every bit as possible as the theories of evolution or creation. you may condemn me and my words all you wish, and for your information, i have no doubt of the existence of jesus and his strengths and powers of healing, but not just in the spiritual sense, there are many ways jesus becoming happened: artificial insemenation in those days would have been regarded as emaculate conception, good way to start a religiopus belief wouldn't you say? as it is, there are how many religious beliefs in the world? all have different beliefs as to what has been or will be, that's why all the religious wars, different beliefs, different truths as to what religion pertaining to. i am for stem cell research, but i don't need someone telling me i don't have the right to a better life or expect it for my children and theirs to come.
