What's Behind the Cloning Bans
libfemme ( 04/08/2004, 04:24:54 )Despite 25 years of success in which over half a million babies that would otherwise not exist, have been born, the troglodytes are still trying to stop invitro fertilization. The President's Council on Bioethics plans to release a report on Thursday that recommends of assisted reproduction technologies. This is entirely political and religiously motivated. There is no outcry from the patients of such procedures for any oversight by a hostile federal government.It is this opposition to ART that is behind the opposition to cloning as well. The Bible makes no claim that abortion is wrong or that embryo's can not be touched. It might be better if it did. Then it would at least be clear that campaigns like this to restrict ART are purely religiously motivated.
