It was intended we should not eat animals but when Noah built the ark God gave permission to eat certain animals. This is why he said take seven of clean and only pairs of unclean. That is neither here nor there though and I very much enjoyed a big fat steak at the Golden Corral today while my vegetarian cousan ate her salad. We never hassel each other about our different choices.
