She left him because he came home drunk and slapped her because she would not get her very pregnant self out of bed at 2 in the morning and cook for his drunk friends. I was a baby when she packed all our stuff and left him the next day. He was very sorry but she never forgave him for that and divorced him. They are friends to this day but she would never take him back.
