The only problem there is that we have no idea where the "supreior inteligence gene" is. It may not even exist. Intelligence could arise from motivation as well at an early age. Intelligence may not have anything to do with genetics for all we know. Besides the point that we can't really manipulate a persons genes individually frome one cell. We have gene therapy with viruses and different types of radiation but we can't individually manipulate a chromosome of our choice. It is mainly left up to chance right now.
