There are lot cheaper ways of making FBI agents.The scenario you suggest is just more magical thinking. The problem is while you and I may realize its just a plot device, to a large part of the unthinking public they will take the plot literally, and start believing that someone could or would want to clone the DNA of Iraqi. They might even believe that DNA carries memories, and so believe that a clone would know it came from an Iraqi soldier 20 years earlier. Some people are unable to tell fact from fantasy now.
