libfemme ( 05/12/2004, 11:05:55 )The Genetics Policy Institute (GPI)is going to discuss the repercussion of any international ban on therapeutic cloning before the UN in two days.GPI led an earlier effort defending therapeutic cloning research when the UN was considering a ban on all forms of cloning research. Deliberation that ban was consequently shelved until later in October.GPI, however is stanchly anti-reproductive cloning.
