It would be right just about any time somebody seriously wanted to spend their own money and time to do it. There are a lot of fantastical ideas out there about what some people "might" want to clone for, but none of them have serious adherents.The vast majority of biologists who clone, or people who want to avail themselves of cloning, are people interested in healing genetic diseases or infertility.Science fiction is not reality. It is filled with logical contradictions. Cloning is not efficient as a means of controlling the world, or any other fictional hysteria, which includes religious oppositions.Cloning, as done by people who understand what the word means, and how to make it happen, is a medical procedure.
