Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Glad you think so

libfemme ( 05/23/2004, 10:09:32 )

But remember genetics is just one aspect of personality. It can't be ignored, but neither should it be enshrined.Environment AND genetics have an affect on personality and actions. We don't have all the facts yet on just how and when each has its affect. I have just been trying to argue against extremism. That is against claiming environment as destiny and ignoring the other factor. It would be just as disasterous to go to the other extreme and think that genetics alone determined events. Both have an effect. Both have to be considered. Both have to be investigated, and since genetics is the newer field discoveries in that area will be more numerous for the time being. Not because genetics is more important, but because an imbalance is being corrected. When we can see both influences as factors, and have some idea which influences particular areas we will begin the journey of understanding ourselves. We're a long way from done yet.cheers, L
