Brazil has private firms focused on human reproduction that have the technological infrastructure needed for human cloning experiments. Some have considered it may be politically possible to cloned a human there.Buenos Aires has some groups that are technically capable of doing it. But it is illegal to clone a human in Argentina.Clonaid, which has offered no proof that they have actually cloned a human being, have claimed that babies have been born in Brazil, Japan and Saudi Arabia.Saudi Arabia I can believe.
