What is striking is his comment that human cloning is unethical, coming from a leading advocate of stem cell research, the same branch of science that would make human cloning itself possible some day.Personally, I would only go for human cloning if it is for the sake of childless, infertile couples. Of course, if cloning can produce a human being out of a laboratory, I'm sure the same technology can produce a human being from a woman's reproductive system.Perhaps Dr. Hwang says human cloning is unethical because of relgious reasons?
