Illegal Beings: Human Clones

questions regarding american law

tort ( 07/06/2004, 00:26:22 )

Hey, I am new here. I am doing a summer school debate, and I am arguing to oppose the ban on human cloning research in the United States. I have a few questions I don't see answered elsewhere:1) What arguments can one propose in favor of cloning in the context of the American legal system? 2) What sucesses have been made to legalize human cloning in America? If you could answer them for me, that would be great. So any other related info that you friendly folks have would be helpful as well.Steve
