They are not cells taken inutero, but from dead fetuses that had been aborted for other reasons.I don't known, how do you feel about doctors taking human growth hormone from the cadavers of dead adults to treat dwarfism in children? That is the only way HGH could be obtained until the mid 70's. (Bacteria now make human growth hormone for us. The human gene was transferred into E.coli creating a transgenetic.)How do you feel about hearts and lungs being taken from a accident victims minutes after death and transplanted into a person with heart disease?How do you feel about living person voluntarily donating their kidney to a relative for transplant? Or giving blood to the red cross?We could go on and on.
