Re: Human cloning wouldnt be bad if done right and is legal

Do you know why government is taking this crap. It is actually very simple - reelection. The fanatics you keep talking about compile the majority of population. So why to compromise your warm government ass with benefits and all by going against those idiots who behave as a horde? This is how world works, you kiss his ass and he will do the same in return. I also would disagree about the wars thingy. Everything that happens ( WARS, RIOTS AND ETC...) is because we all are selfish. Why do you think U.S. attacked Iraq? Because of terrorism? BUllSHI*T, it happened because Bush wanted to finish what his father started. Long story short, everything we do is because we want to promote our own ideals and beliefs, to furnish our wants and needs, just because of our selfishness. And that political and religious strife for power is derived from our beliefs and wants which again point to our selfishness. Hope you get what I mean, I agree with you, but the truth is deeper than you painted it.
