alternate ( 12/06/2004, 19:46:58 )Well if we continue using oil the way we do then we will eventually starve to death,in what is known as peak oil,peak oil is basically a bell curve,where you reach the highest point of extraction followed by complete downfall.In very simple terms population growth along with increased use of oil eventually leads to starvation,with a GLOBAL percentage of 95% dead,possibly,best case scenerio would be if we hit peak oil only 50-60% of our global population will die.Thats why i believe, as do many, that 9/11 attacks were orchestrated and executed by the US government,knowing they could have access to more oil by essentually starting a war,but you cannot just start wars,you need people support.Its not nice to think the US government killed its own people,however if its true it was probably done to SAVE lives,i doubt that such a deed was done just for personal gain or money,but then again maybe it was.War aint about territory anymore,its about the basics for survival,oil is one of those things,people think that no oil just means no cars,oh it means alot more exponentially more! no oil=millions die. Also oil=money so theres that to it aswell.However it would have been better if they were honest and said: "ok we're going into this country to get oil,this means blowing sh*t up,killing innocent lives and many soldiers on both sides will die,BUT without oil millions will die in the future,so it has to be done"Unfortunatly people dont support that,so the government decided to kill 3000 of its own people for support.Necessary evil or just pure evil,you decide.
