1000yrsfromnow ( 11/28/2004, 14:11:45 )logic and reality says that a clone will not be an exact duplicate in the personality area, that individual person will not be duplicated, only the physical appearance, yet with the future of cryogenics, our mind(brain) very likely will be able to be preserved intact until a new cloned body of ourselves and technology allows our brain to be placed into the new body, this also is a very strong possibility in the future of cloning and stem cell application, i am very open to that possibility and have made plans to have my brain preserved for that possible deal. i know to some that sounds far fetched, but it wasn't long ago, cloning was just some sci-fi fiction, now it's a reality, and it is my right as a human to this if i so choose, i don't need so high mighty politition or religious fanatic telling me i can't. personally i'd love to wake up a thousand years in the future after my death, hey! we don't really know if death is absolute and final or if we'll be reborn, nice beliefs to ponder, so if i wake up in a thousand years or more, maybe by then the deal with God and the devil will be over and i'll know if that's how it all went down, maybe i'll see you then? awesome!! peace j.c.
