erin ( 12/07/2004, 09:52:30 )Some of what you say is true and it is very annoying when people play the race card. Racism swings both ways, for example My brother in law's family doesn't like white people. They are mexican but unlike my family who are also mexican they have this chip on there shoulder and feel all white people are against them. They asked my husband who is not spanish to come help them work on a car and he said ok. My husband is a gold certified master tech for Dodge and he agreed as a favor for no charge to help them fix their car. He gets over there and they are all drinking beer and talking to each other in spanish so he can't understand them and basically just letting him fix the car by himself while they stood around excluding him from conversation. There was no need for them to be speaking only spanish because like my family they are completly bilengual. I was so mad when I found out how they acted I told them to forget ever asking my husband for any more favors ever again cause it would be a cold day in hell before he does anything for them again.
