Re: What's good about cloning?1000yrsfromnow ( 12/17/2004, 11:32:42 )wouldn't it be wiser to eliminate the drug dealer? why not ban cigarettes and booze just like any other addictive killer drugs? what the many unproven drugs the FDA approves every year, what about the anti rejection drugs the government and pharmacies make every day, that wouldn't be needed if transplant recipients had organs reproduced from own body chemistry, right now it' is the rich people who can afford the better options, people don't deliberately addict themselves to anything, there are plenty of legal prescription drugs sick people take that are very addictive, guess who's making money off of that. i quit cigarettes 7 years ago, one of the most nasty habits i have ever had, i quit booze 13 years ago, that was easy, my health today is 70% better than it was 10 years ago, looking back i can't believe i was such an idiot to start cigs, but once the addiction to the nicotine has you, it's almost impossible to kick, the booze and cigs work off the other, it took a four month stay in a county jail to quit, yet i have seen several others who were in at the same time, they went back to the cig habit, not me!! it seems like another life ago, another person. everyone has habits!! not just smokers and boozer and druggies as they are called in certain societies peace friend, j.c. it doesn't take a mentally challenged person to become addicted to a legal drug either, i know people with PHD's and law degrees who are addicted to cigs, booze, sex, food, chocolate, ![]() This Message is being posted for educational purposes, as well as for comment and criticism, by the visitors to the HumanCloning.org Foundation website (www.HumanCloning.org ).
