1000yrsfromnow ( 01/02/2005, 13:42:03 )you are partially right, it is also my shared belief that the idea of religion was originally brought about as a mechanism to prevent humans from repeating their past mistakes, but unfortunately our genetics have brought us full circle to a point we were at once before, war, greed, pollution, victims of our own intelligence and ignorance. i believe that possibly this entity many have been programmed to believe is a supernatural being called God which just as easily could have been derived from the word Dog which is also labeled mans best friend. however i also have a possible theory that we may have once been ASEXUAL creatures and that through stem cell manipulation/cloning the male and female was separated and isolated to individual species, hence the story of, "adam and eve", there have been many lies told down through the ages covering up the truth from many eras in our past. what about the possibility of colonization? we have many recorded events of humans being abducted by extraterrestriels, maybe highly evolved human species? that back in the day would have been thought of as Gods. maybe our ancestors were abducted with good intent from another solar system planet much like earth, and transplanted here, the possibilities are many more than the evolutional and biblical theories of human origins. maybe our ancestors are responsible for the extinction of the dinosaur to make room for our colonization here? who really knows for sure? to believe we are the only highly intelligent being in our universe is idiocy and bordeline ignorant. peace. j.c.
